Notace understands that purchasing from a new brand—especially when it comes to specialist footwear—is a considered decision. To ensure customers feel confident in their purchase, Notace offers both a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
30-Day Free Returns
Notace offers a 30-day free return policy from the date an order is fulfilled. If a customer changes their mind or is unsatisfied for any reason, the product may be returned as long as it meets the following criteria:
- The item is unworn and unused
- Original tags and packaging are intact
- Proof of purchase is provided
Returns are free of charge.
Notace reserves the right to refuse returns on worn shoes. Customers are encouraged to try on shoes with socks on a carpeted surface to avoid any damage.
How to Submit a Return Request

Refund Processing
Once a returned item is received and inspected, Notace will process the refund within 7–10 business days. Customers will receive the full order amount, provided the returned item meets the eligibility criteria.

Notace stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of its footwear. All shoes come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturer defects.

- Sole separation
- Manufacturing-related structural defects
- Glue failure or premature wear due to production faults
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect
- Water damage (unless the product is explicitly marked as waterproof)
- Fit or sizing issues beyond the standard return window
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
When submitting a warranty or return request, customers are required to provide:
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear photo of the problem
- The original order number
