Our store's name is a tribute to our grandfathers, Herb and Larry—lifelong friends who brought our families to the same spot in upstate New York every winter to celebrate New Year’s. That place, Huyck House, is where we first bonded over a shared love of sports and creativity. As kids, we spent our days there sketching our favorite athletes and turning every moment into a competition—football, basketball, ping pong, spikeball—you name it, we played it.

Fast forward. We’ve spent our careers honing our creative skills working on a wide range of projects—from developing brand identities and e-commerce platforms to crafting products and producing events. Throughout this time, we kept coming back to one idea: the space where design and sport intersect.

Huyck House Premium Sporting Goods was created to bring that vision to life—a place where athletic determination meets creative self-expression. It’s for those, like us, who see the beauty in the game—not just in how it’s played, but in how it’s styled. It’s our way of channeling that joy we felt as kids in upstate New York and sharing it with the world.
