RETURN WINDOW

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

STARTING A RETURN

To initiate a return or exchange, please email cs@huyck.house with your order details.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within several business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

• Check your bank account again
• Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary
• Contact your bank, as refunds can take additional time to post

EXCHANGES

To request an exchange, please email and specify the item you would like in exchange. Once your original item has been received and inspected, replacement items will typically ship within 3 business days.

GIFTS

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift at checkout, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
