MEMBERSHIP
Digital membership is optional, but recommended. Monthly and annual plans are available for purchase on the rower after initial setup. Monthly plan starts at $39/mo.

Ergatta was founded in New York with a straightforward premise: build the rowing machine people actually use. Their rowers are handcrafted in Rhode Island from American hardwood, with water resistance that's quiet, smooth, and self-regulating. The Ergatta digital experience includes live races, interval games, scenic rows, coached classes, and adaptive training programs that evolve as you do.

SHIPPING

The Ergatta Rower ships free in 1-3 days within the contiguous US. Most deliveries arrive within 1 week.

RETURNS

Try the Ergatta experience risk-free with our 30-day trial. Not fully satisfied? Start a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund on the product and membership fees.

You will be required to send the rower in its original packaging back to Ergatta. Please keep all original packaging to pack the Ergatta rower for return. Ergatta will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

Returned orders must be received in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. If the Ergatta is returned with damaged or missing parts, Ergatta reserves the right to charge additional fees or refuse a refund.
