RETURNS
To initiate a return or exchange, please email cs@huyck.house.
Aiea accepts returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
If approved, Aiea will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
DAMAGE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Customers should inspect their order upon delivery and contact cs@huyck.house immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Aiea will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
REFUNDS
Once the return is received and inspected, customers will be notified of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact cs@huyck.house.
