SHIPPING AND DELIVERY DETAILS
Standard processing time for Solstice orders is 5–7 business days for processing and dispatch. Orders placed after 10:00 AM (PST) may be processed the following business day. Processing and shipping times may extend during special collection launches, holidays, and peak seasons. Once a shipping label has been printed or the item(s) have shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address or shipping method.
AMENDMENT OF SHIPPING ADDRESS
Shipping addresses or methods cannot be changed once the order label has been printed or the item(s) have shipped. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Customers are responsible for tracking the delivery once it leaves Solstice’s Los Angeles warehouse.
FAILED DELIVERY / RETURNED PACKAGES / ABANDONED PACKAGES
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or contact information, it will be returned to Solstice at the customer’s expense. If the recipient is unavailable during delivery, the package may be held at a local FedEx location for pickup. Failure to collect the package will result in it being returned to Solstice at the customer’s expense.
DAMAGED / OPENED PACKAGING
If your package arrives damaged or opened, please take photos of the exterior before opening. File a claim with the shipping carrier and contact Solstice customer service at info@solsticeathletics.com.
RETURN POLICY
To initiate a return, please contact Solstice at info@solsticeathletics.com with the name of your item and your order number.
Returns are accepted for store credit only and must be initiated within 7 days of receipt.
To qualify for a return, items must be new, unworn, unaltered, free of odors or fragrances, include all original tags, and be in resalable condition as determined by Solstice. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense. Solstice reserves the right to determine the condition and eligibility of all returns.
