Founded by runners, designers, and engineers, FIZO uses Carbon's DLS™ 3D printing technology to produce midsoles that are precision-tuned to each runner's biomechanical data — weight, gait, arch, and pressure profile. Made to order by design, the process eliminates overproduction, reduces material waste, and prints only what's needed — making a more personal shoe and a cleaner supply chain the same thing. The Glider 001 is the result: a neutral daily trainer that finally treats custom fit as a standard, not a luxury.

  Engineered for airflow, the double-layer jacquard mesh delivers exceptional softness and a secure fit that moves naturally with your foot. Crafted with 40% recycled polyester, it offers lasting comfort so you can run peace in mind.

• OrthoLite® X40 Insole
  With 20% total hybrid™ content, it significantly reduces petroleum dependency while delivering over 40% elasticity for exceptional energy return. This results in a breathable, high-performance footbed designed for more sustainable footprint.

• Custom 3D-Printed Midsole
  Engineered to your unique weight and foot dynamics. Our lattice structure adapts—softer where you land, firmer where you push. Every zone calibrated for balance, reducing injury risk with every stride.

SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 10-14 business days. Please note that custom 3D-printed products require additional production time before shipment. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

RETURNS

FIZO crafts custom 3D-printed footwear tailored specifically to you. FIZO wants you to love your FIZO Glider 001. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange unworn shoes within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or a free exchange.

To be eligible:

• • Shoes must be unworn (tried on indoors only, with no signs of outdoor use)
  
• • Items must be returned in their original packaging (including the shoebox)
  
• • You must initiate your return or exchange through the “Return or Exchange” button on the FIZO website
  

After 14 days:
FIZO is unable to accept returns or exchanges for orders older than 14 days.

Note on custom fit:
Each pair is 3D-printed based on your unique foot scan and body data. As such, FIZO’s standard policy allows returns only for unworn items within the 14-day window. FIZO stands behind the quality of its products. If you receive a pair with a manufacturing defect, please contact FIZO immediately.
