Orders typically ship within 5 business days Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. If you do not receive an email within 5-7 business days of placing your order, please contact cs@huyck.house.
RETURNS
New, unused, full-price item(s) may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. You can request an RMA by emailing cs@huyck.house. Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging, or they will be rejected and sent back, and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact cs@huyck.house for assistance in processing a return.
REFUND
Once item(s) are received and inspected, credit will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Refunds to credit cards typically take up to 7 to 10 business days to process and appear on a statement. Depending on the billing cycle, it may take 1 to 2 billing cycles for the refund to post to the account. If more than 15 business days have passed since a return was approved, please contact cs@huyck.house.

DEFECTS & ISSUES
Please inspect all orders upon reception and contact cs@huyck.house immediately if an item is defective or if the wrong item is received so the issue can be evaluated and resolved appropriately.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure the desired item is received is to return the original item(s) and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item(s).
