LEAD TIMES
ArtTables are made to order in small batches, with a lead time of approximately 2 weeks.
ArtNet orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
PACKAGING
Each ArtTable is packed in a custom-designed shipping box to prevent damage in transit. Customers must inspect deliveries upon arrival; do not sign for damaged goods. If any damage is found, contact cs@huyck.house within 48 hours with a photo to discuss return or repair options. Claims beyond 48 hours may not be honored.
SHIPPING
Art of Ping Pong ships from their studio in the UK. All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning any applicable duties and taxes are included in the price at checkout.
Before ordering, customers must confirm that the ArtTable will fit through access points (doors, corridors, stairs) and in the intended space. The company is not responsible for failed deliveries due to access issues.
Standard shipping is a one-person doorstep delivery. If special delivery arrangements are needed, contact cs@huyck.house before purchasing—additional charges may apply.
RETURNS
ArtTables are made to order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. However, if an item arrives damaged or faulty, The Art of Ping Pong will repair or replace it.
Items eligible for returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense and risk; this includes the cost of return shipping to the UK. Proper packaging and insurance are strongly recommended.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact. Items showing signs of use or damage will not be accepted.
Please note that natural variations in the wood—such as grain, color, knots, and markings—are part of the material’s character and are not grounds for return.
To initiate a return, email cs@huyck.house with proof of purchase. If approved, the refund will cover the product cost only (excluding shipping) and may take up to 30 days after the item is received and inspected.
