SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping address before completing a purchase. Address errors — including those caused by autofill tools such as Shop Pay or Apple Pay — are the customer's responsibility. Once a package enters fulfillment, changes cannot be guaranteed. For address corrections, contact cs@huyck.house immediately.
Once an order is in the hands of the carrier, Arya and Huyck House are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or damages in transit.
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact cs@huyck.house within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
RETURNS
To initiate a return or exchange email cs@huyck.house.
Arya accepts returns on eligible items within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached. Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the return is for an exchange or store credit. Returns are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt, and refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
Order changes or cancellations may be possible before fulfillment begins but cannot be guaranteed. Contact cs@huyck.house as soon as possible — once an order is in processing, modifications may not be available.
