RETURNS
If a customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase, products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Unless the return is due to damage during shipping or a quality issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. WeGym reserves the right to refuse returns or apply additional fees for items that are used, damaged, missing parts, or not returned in their original packaging.
Sealed products in original packaging are subject to a $3 restocking fee.
Opened products incur a $5 open box fee.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only issued for returns requested within 30 days of delivery. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the customer will be notified of the status of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within approximately one week.

• Order number or email address used at purchase
• A photo of the product being returned
• A brief explanation (1–3 lines) of the reason for return
